Don't take our word for it. Use one of your own documents.

A carrier invoice, a scale ticket, a delivery note, a bulk fuel log — whatever is actually sitting on your desk. Drop it in below and watch the fields come out.

Pick something awkward. A clean PDF proves nothing you didn't already assume.

How it works

  1. 1Upload one document — a PDF, or a photo of a paper one
  2. 2Every field is read out — dates, line items, totals, currency
  3. 3Review what came back, then keep going on the free plan — 25 invoices a month, no card

No account, no card

One document, right now. If you sign up afterwards, what you just processed comes with you.

Paper is welcome

A photographed scale ticket or a handwritten delivery note is a different job from a typed PDF, and it gets its own lane rather than being forced through one built for clean documents.

The currency stays put

Whatever currency the document was issued in is the currency it keeps. Nothing is converted or added together behind your back.

Two things worth knowing up front, because finding them out afterwards is worse.

  • It reads the document. It does not check the price. Comparing a carrier's invoice against the rate you agreed, or flagging a fuel stop that charged above the gazetted pump price, are both in development and neither is live. What ships today is the record underneath them.
  • Handwriting is harder than print, and we will not pretend otherwise. A clear photograph of a legible ticket does well. A creased carbon copy photographed at dusk is a genuinely hard problem. Every field comes back with a confidence rating so you can see which ones to look at rather than trusting the whole thing.
