Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using InvoiceParser Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Service Description
InvoiceParser Pro is an AI-powered invoice data extraction service that:
- Extracts data from PDF invoice files using GPT-4 Vision technology
- Provides structured data output in Excel and CSV formats
- Operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = 1 invoice processed
- Aims for 95%+ accuracy in data extraction
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and complete information
Payment Terms
Credits
- Credits are purchased in packs or through monthly subscriptions
- 1 credit is consumed for each invoice processed
- Credits never expire but are non-refundable once purchased (except as stated in the Refund Policy)
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
Pricing
Prices are subject to change with notice. Current prices are displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions will be billed at the current rate at the time of renewal.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with the accuracy of extraction:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Provide examples of inaccurate extractions
- We will review your case and issue a full refund if the extraction quality does not meet our standards
- Refunds for subscriptions are prorated based on unused time
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Upload only invoice files that you have the right to process
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Not use the Service to process sensitive personal data unless you have proper authorization
- Not abuse, harass, or interfere with other users or the Service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Service Limits
- Maximum 50 files per batch upload
- Maximum 10MB per PDF file
- PDF format only
- We reserve the right to implement rate limits to prevent abuse
Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive for 95%+ accuracy:
- The Service uses AI technology which may not be 100% accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data
- We are not liable for any errors in extraction or resulting consequences
- Complex or poorly formatted invoices may yield lower accuracy
Data Processing
By uploading files, you grant us permission to process them using third-party AI services (OpenAI). All files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the files you upload and the data extracted from them.
Our Service: The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or financial losses
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
Termination
By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits will be forfeited.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You will not be entitled to a refund in such cases.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
