What Klippa is
Klippa, from Groningen in the Netherlands, was acquired by the German document-management company Doxis in March 2025, and in March 2026 its products took the Doxis name: Klippa SpendControl became Doxis SpendControl (invoice processing, expense reimbursement and business expense cards), and Klippa DocHorizon became Doxis AI.dp, an intelligent document processing platform with APIs, SDKs and a no-code flow builder. The website is still klippa.com.
For invoices, Doxis reads line items down to SKU level with quantities, unit prices and VAT, for invoices from more than 100 countries, and offers multi-level approvals, 2-way and 3-way matching, and integrations with SAP, Exact, Twinfield, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and Dynamics 365. Its servers are in Europe and the US, and it holds ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 Type II certification.
Klippa pricing
Doxis publishes prices for SpendControl invoice processing, in euros, with several features sold as add-ons. Its document AI platform, AI.dp, is pay-as-you-go from €25 of free credits, or quoted.

Test the handoff on your own invoices
If you are switching for included line items, invoice review or published monthly allowances, test those jobs first. Review extraction and accounting requirements on your own documents before choosing a plan.
1. Test the invoice mix
Use a digital PDF, a scan or a JPEG/PNG photo. Check the source, fields, line items and exact arithmetic mismatch in the free invoice-to-Excel tool.
2. Check the client books
Each workspace connects to one company per provider. Use per-client Excel/CSV templates for separate books, or separate workspaces and sign-ins. Direct pushes use the selected invoice expense account, a matching client default, or your workspace default.
3. Review an approved bill
Paid plans and the trial can push approved bills. QuickBooks supports mapped tax codes; Xero and Zoho Books pushes do not set them. Team/Scale add multi-step approvals; money edits withdraw approval.
How we measure our own accuracy
We publish InvoiceParser Pro’s own benchmark: 181 synthetic test documents (clean invoices, photos, scans, multi-currency, freight and handwritten invoices) run through live production on 3 October 2026. 174 of 181 documents (96.1%) had every key header field right, and 1555 of 1576 key header fields (98.7%) were right. All 5 invoices whose printed figures do not add up were flagged.

Is Klippa now called Doxis?
Yes. Klippa was acquired by Doxis in March 2025, and in March 2026 Klippa SpendControl became Doxis SpendControl and Klippa DocHorizon became Doxis AI.dp. The website is still klippa.com.
