ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices price in 2026: how ABBYY quotes, and what to ask
ABBYY does not publish a price for FlexiCapture for Invoices, FlexiCapture or Vantage. Its pricing pages for FlexiCapture and Vantage return “page not found”, the product pages lead to “Schedule a demo” and “Contact Sales”, and the invoice skill on ABBYY’s marketplace is marked “Paid” without an amount. Any figure you see elsewhere is not ABBYY’s own. What ABBYY does publish is how a Vantage subscription is measured and renewed, which is what this page sets out, with the questions that make two quotes comparable.
How ABBYY pricing works
ABBYY sells through a demo and a quote. FlexiCapture and FlexiCapture for Invoices can run on your own servers, in ABBYY’s FlexiCapture Cloud, or be embedded as an SDK; Vantage runs in ABBYY’s cloud, on premises or in a private cloud. The deployment you choose is part of the quote.
For Vantage, ABBYY’s terms of service measure use in Volume Units, which they define as a document transaction, document, page, image, process or other unit of information processed. A subscription runs for the term in your quote, or twelve months if none is stated, and renews automatically for further twelve-month terms unless either side gives notice at least 45 days before the end. Trial access is limited in time and/or volume and may not be used in production.

What is included, and what costs extra
- No price, page allowance or minimum is published for FlexiCapture, FlexiCapture for Invoices or Vantage (checked 4 October 2026).
- Vantage is measured in Volume Units: depending on your contract, a document, a page, an image or a transaction.
- Vantage subscriptions default to twelve months and renew automatically unless notice is given 45 days before the end.
- A Vantage trial is available, limited in duration and/or volume, and not for production use. FlexiCapture for Invoices links to a FlexiCapture Cloud sign-in to try the service.

- Is the volume counted in documents, pages or transactions, and what happens to a multi-page invoice?
- What is the annual volume included, and what does each unit cost above it?
- Is the price for ABBYY’s cloud, on premises or SDK, and what changes if we move between them?
- Which connectors are included (SAP, RPA tools, our accounting system), and which cost extra?
- Is the invoice skill or FlexiCapture for Invoices priced separately from the platform?
- What is the term, the renewal notice period, and the price on renewal?
- What do implementation, training and support cost, and who does the setup?
ABBYY pricing vs InvoiceParser Pro pricing
InvoiceParser Pro publishes its prices, bills monthly or annually, and has a free plan and a 14-day trial, so you can run your own invoices before talking to anyone. Line items, the arithmetic check, duplicate detection and, on paid plans, push to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books are in the plan price.
What ABBYY offers that InvoiceParser Pro does not: on-premises deployment and an SDK, scanner, MFP and fax intake, SAP and RPA connectors, country-specific validation across many languages, and matching invoices to purchase orders. For a large enterprise those can outweigh a published price.
