Netfira alternatives: Netfira vs Nanonets vs Rossum, and more

Netfira, from Walldorf in Germany, automates the B2B documents that pass between a company and its trading partners: order confirmations, customer orders, shipping notices and invoices, turned into checked data in SAP and other ERPs without rolling out EDI. Its pricing is not published. Rossum and Nanonets are the alternatives people compare it with most; ABBYY, Doxis (formerly Klippa), Veryfi and Docparser come up too. If what you need is narrower (supplier invoices read, checked and pushed to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books, for a freight or logistics AP team), InvoiceParser Pro is the small, published-price option.

What Netfira is

Netfira calls itself “a B2B transaction automation and orchestration platform” that turns transaction documents into verified, ERP-ready data, promising “EDI-level data for every partner, without the change management”. It sits between your trading partners and your ERP: suppliers and customers keep sending PDFs, emails and spreadsheets, and Netfira delivers structured orders, confirmations and invoices into your systems.

It covers procurement (supplier order confirmations checked against the purchase order line by line, shipping notices), sales (customer orders delivered as SAP sales order IDocs or Oracle order import files) and accounts payable (invoice lines matched against purchase orders and goods receipts, tax and tolerance checks, multi-level approvals, credit notes, and e-invoice formats from XRechnung and ZUGFeRD to Peppol UBL and KSeF). It integrates directly with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC and is on the SAP Store; output can also go by API or SFTP as JSON, XML, CSV or IDoc. Netfira GmbH is based in Walldorf, with offices in Germany and Australia, and lists manufacturing, logistics and transport, healthcare, consumer goods, chemicals and energy among its industries.

Netfira vs Nanonets vs Rossum

The three are often compared, but they are built for different jobs. Netfira handles the documents exchanged with trading partners, orders as well as invoices, into SAP. Rossum automates transactional documents for enterprise AP and operations teams, strongest in SAP and Coupa. Nanonets is a platform for building your own document workflows, priced per run. InvoiceParser Pro is in the last column for a smaller team that only needs supplier invoices. Facts checked on each vendor’s own site on 3 October 2026.

Netfira vs Klippa, Veryfi, ABBYY and Docparser

People also search these pairings. In each case the other tool is a different kind of product from Netfira, so the question is less which is better than which job you have.

Who should choose Netfira instead

Choose Netfira if

  • You run SAP S/4HANA or ECC and want supplier and customer documents delivered as ERP-ready data.
  • Your trading partners send orders and confirmations as PDFs, emails and spreadsheets, and an EDI rollout is not realistic.
  • Order confirmations and invoices must be checked against purchase orders and goods receipts line by line.
  • You need e-invoice formats such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD or Peppol UBL.

Choose InvoiceParser Pro if

  • You only need supplier invoices read, checked, approved and pushed: not orders or confirmations.
  • You post to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books, not SAP.
  • You run freight: trip numbers on invoices and single lines, and costs in several currencies kept apart.
  • You want a free plan and a published price, without a demo.

How we measure our own accuracy

We publish InvoiceParser Pro’s own benchmark: 181 synthetic test documents (clean invoices, photos, scans, multi-currency, freight and handwritten invoices) run through live production on 3 October 2026. 174 of 181 documents (96.1%) had every key header field right, and 1555 of 1576 key header fields (98.7%) were right. All 5 invoices whose printed figures do not add up were flagged.

That is our test set, not your documents, and we do not set it against Netfira’s or anyone else’s figures. The method, every miss and downloadable samples are on the accuracy page.

Netfira alternatives: questions buyers ask

What is Netfira?

Netfira is a B2B transaction automation platform from Walldorf, Germany. It turns the documents trading partners send (order confirmations, customer orders, quotes, shipping notices and invoices) into checked, ERP-ready data, with direct SAP S/4HANA and ECC integration, so a company gets EDI-like data without asking every partner to adopt EDI.

How much does Netfira cost?

Netfira does not publish prices (checked 3 October 2026). Its pricing page describes customised plans where you pay for what you use, and offers a demo.

Netfira vs Nanonets: which should I choose?

Choose Netfira if you are an SAP company automating order and invoice documents from trading partners and want a finished platform. Choose Nanonets if you want to build your own document workflows across many document types and pay per run, starting from $50 of free credits.

Netfira vs Rossum: what is the difference?

Both serve larger companies and quote their prices (Rossum’s Starter plan starts at $18,000 a year). Rossum is enterprise document automation for AP and operations with certified SAP and Coupa integrations, and Coupa acquired it in May 2026. Netfira centres on documents exchanged with trading partners, orders and confirmations as well as invoices, with direct SAP integration.

Is InvoiceParser Pro a Netfira alternative?

Only for part of what Netfira does. InvoiceParser Pro handles supplier invoices: it reads them, checks their arithmetic, flags duplicates, routes approvals and pushes to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books. It does not handle orders, order confirmations, e-invoices or SAP. InvoiceParser Pro publishes its prices: Free for 25 invoices a month (1 user, no credit card); Starter $79 a month for 200 invoices and 3 users; Team $249 a month for 1,000 invoices and unlimited users; Scale $599 a month for 5,000 invoices, with API access. Billed annually they are $63, $199 and $479 a month. Above 5,000 invoices a month, Enterprise is priced with us under a written contract.

How accurate is InvoiceParser Pro?

On IPP's own benchmark, 181 synthetic test documents run through live production on 3 October 2026, 96.1% of documents had every key header field right and 98.7% of key header fields were right. The method, every miss and sample documents are at invoiceparserpro.com/accuracy. It is our test set, not your documents, and we do not compare it with any other vendor's figures: run your own invoices through the trial.
