Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Convert up to 3 invoices a day with no account and no card. The first download goes straight through; on the second we ask where to send your spreadsheet, and "Not now" still downloads it. A free workspace gives you 25 invoices a month.

What files can I use?

A PDF, scanned or digital, or a photo as JPG or PNG. One invoice at a time, up to 10 MB. The Excel file has every line item; the CSV has one row per invoice.

How long do you keep my file?

Seven days. We keep the invoice and its spreadsheet for 7 days so you can save them to a free workspace, then delete them automatically. If you create a workspace in the same browser, the invoice moves into it and stays.

Does it work on phone photos?

Yes. On a phone, tap the box and take a photo of the invoice. A flat, well-lit page with all four corners in frame reads best. A badly blurred photo can be misread, so check the figures before you use them.

What does "math checked" mean?

We check that each line's quantity times rate equals its amount, that the lines add up to the subtotal, and that the subtotal, tax and other charges add up to the total. When something doesn't add up, the result says where. It tells you the invoice disagrees with itself; it cannot tell you whether a rate is the one you agreed to.
