How to get help

Questions, something not working, or an invoice read wrong: write to us by email or from Help inside the app. We usually reply within one working day.

Email

Works whether or not you have an account. We reply by email.

Help in the app

Signed in, choose Help in the sidebar. New request writes to us, with an optional screenshot; My requests shows what you sent and our replies. On an invoice that was read wrong, Report a problem with this reading opens the same form with that document already linked.

What to include

  • The email address you sign in with, and the workspace name if you have more than one.
  • What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead, with any error message word for word.
  • Which invoice or page, by its invoice number or the link in your browser’s address bar.
  • When it happened, with your time zone, and the browser or app you used.
  • A screenshot if it helps. Please don’t email card numbers, passwords or API keys.

Help in the app adds your workspace, the page you were on and your browser for you, and lists them under “What we include automatically” before you send.

Using InvoiceParser Pro in Claude or ChatGPT

InvoiceParser Pro works inside AI assistants through its MCP server. The full setup for each assistant is on AI assistants.

Connect

In Claude, add a custom connector under Connectors; in ChatGPT, create a connector under Settings, Apps & Connectors (developer mode). Use the server URL from AI assistants. To use your own account, sign in when the assistant asks: InvoiceParser Pro opens, you choose the workspace and select Allow. Without signing in, the assistant uses a small free trial.

Disconnect in the assistant

Remove or turn off the InvoiceParser Pro connector in the same place you added it (Connectors in Claude; Apps & Connectors in ChatGPT). The assistant stops calling it.

Revoke its access to your account

On InvoiceParser Pro, go to Account, then Sessions, then Connected apps, and choose Remove next to the assistant. It loses access at once, and its next call is refused until you sign in again. If you connected with an AI assistant key instead, revoke the key on the API Access page.

For a problem in Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, also say which assistant, which tool it called (invoice_to_excel, check_invoice, extract_invoice_data or get_result), the job_id if the answer gave one, and whether you were signed in, using a key, or on the free trial.
