Financial document workflows, from source to usable output
Review supplier bills and credits for your books, or check a bank statement and prepare its import file. Each workflow keeps the source, your review and the downstream accounting step distinct.
The free tools convert documents. Saved review and accounting handoffs use a workspace and its existing permissions and plan limits.
Bookkeepers and AP teams
Supplier bills and credit notes
A new supplier invoice or credit arrives
Review the source, correct its kind and fields, check exceptions, then download accounting files or send approved records within each accounting system’s supported limits.
Your next usable output
Reviewed Excel or CSV; supported bill or credit record in your accounting system
Creating a credit does not apply it to a bill or record a refund. Direct credit-note push to Zoho Books is unavailable.
Keep the original balance result, review source rows and corrections, choose a QuickBooks Online or Xero CSV format, and download a versioned import packet.
Your next usable output
Target CSV plus reviewed rows, source/version evidence and import instructions
Deposit accounts and two-decimal amounts. You check prior imports and complete the import and reconciliation in your accounting system.
Keep its own number, dates, currency and printed figures. An invoice is a payable; bank transactions are a separate record.
02 · REVIEW
Resolve the exceptions
Compare the source and extracted fields. Preserve uncertainty, record corrections and save before using the output.
03 · HANDOFF
Use the right accounting output
A downloaded import file, a created credit and a completed accounting reconciliation are different steps. Each workflow explains what remains.
Inspect the evidence before uploading
These fictional examples show the source and output shape. Structured arithmetic examples and sample CSV layouts are limited demonstrations, not independent extraction-accuracy or live accounting-import tests.
